Individual Therapy (Relationship-Focused)
This is a space for thoughtful adults who are used to holding everything together but feel exhausted in their relationships.
We look at how your history, your nervous system, and your current relationships are all connected.
Together, we start to identify the patterns that keep showing up, like over-responsibility, boundary guilt, or “I’m fine” mode, and experiment with more sustainable ways of responding to yourself and the people in your life.
Sessions are conversational, practical, and honest. No forced positivity or quick fixes, just a steady space to figure out what’s actually yours to carry and what isn’t.

Couples & Partner Therapy
I work with couples and partners who care deeply about each other but feel stuck in the same fights, distance, or silence.
On the surface, things may look fine. Underneath, there’s often hurt, resentment, or a sense that one person is carrying more of the load.
In our work, we focus on what happens between you. Who pursues, who pulls back, where communication breaks down, and how each of you responds when things feel tense or uncertain.
My role isn’t to decide who’s right. It’s to help both of you understand the dynamic you’re in and to find more direct, workable ways to respond to each other.
Sessions are structured but conversational. We name the cycle, practice different ways of interacting, and make sure any changes fit your real life.

Focused Sessions (Short-Term)
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing therapy. You want a thoughtful, experienced perspective on something specific.
These sessions are designed for one-time or short-term work around a particular situation, like a relationship decision, a family dynamic, a boundary issue, or a major transition.
We map out what’s going on and look at a few realistic ways forward.
Sessions can be standard or extended, depending on what you need.
This can be a good fit if you’re already in therapy, considering returning, or just want help thinking something through without committing to ongoing work.
