I provide online relationship therapy for adults across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida, with a focus on clients in Cape Cod and the Islands, including Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

A large portion of my work is with individuals living on Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard. These communities have a unique pace and visibility, and it’s not always easy to find a space that feels private or separate from the roles you hold day to day.

Working together through online therapy offers a consistent, confidential space to step outside those dynamics and focus on your own experience, whether you live on Cape Cod year-round or spend part of your time here.

Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida

I am licensed in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida, and work with clients in all three states through telehealth.

This allows for continuity if you travel, relocate, or divide your time between locations, as long as you are physically located in a state where I am licensed at the time of each session.
