But inside your relationships, something feels off. Maybe you're carrying more than your share. Maybe you replay conversations afterward. Maybe it's hard to say what you actually need without overthinking it.

It's about slowing things down enough to see what's actually been shaping your relationships, and finding real ways to respond differently.

We'll look at how you learned to take on responsibility in relationships, what happens in your body when things feel tense or uncertain, the patterns that keep you over-functioning or holding back, and how to say what you mean without over-explaining or shutting down.

Not just insight. How that insight actually changes what you do.

What you can expect

Sessions are conversational. There's no fixed agenda or worksheet to complete. We follow what feels most alive and relevant, which often means slowing down a moment or pattern that keeps showing up and looking at it more carefully together.

You won't be left guessing what we're doing or why. And you won't be pushed faster than your system can handle.

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. I'm private pay and can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
